It is conveniently located 15 km away from Narbonne, 25 km from Béziers, and 45 km from Carcassonne. The domain offers two majestic golf courses. The main building is a beautiful mansion that has been recently converted into a guest house. It features a spacious living room, dining room, and four large double rooms ranging from 31 to 45 m² in size. Additionally, there is an old building in the second courtyard that used to be the harvesters' quarters. It has been transformed into four duplex or triplex apartments that can accommodate 2 to 5 or 8 people. The construction of a south-facing swimming pool, overlooking the vineyards, is currently underway and will be available for use by summer 2012.
