We provide a continental buffet breakfast at no additional cost, along with complimentary Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and a secure storage area for bicycles, fishing gear, skis, and more. Additionally, we offer an airport shuttle service to Carcassonne and the option for packed lunches.

Our accommodation consists of two double bedrooms, one twin room, and one family room. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom featuring a shower, sink, and toilet. Other amenities include a flat-screen satellite TV with DVD player, hairdryer, fan, and tea/coffee making facilities. We also provide memory foam mattresses and Egyptian cotton sheets. Bath towels are provided, but guests should bring their own beach towels for swimming. There is a communal fridge/freezer available for guest use. While the rooms are non-smoking, smoking is allowed on the premises.

The nearest shops, bars, and restaurants are located 3km away. Within just over an hour's drive, guests can reach Mediterranean beaches and the entrance to Spain. A swimming lake and the Dinosaur Museum are both within a half-hour drive. The nearest ski resort is less than an hour away. Guests can also explore the 21 sites of the Cathar Country.

The property is often passed by the Tour de France, most recently on July 6th, 2013. The area is perfect for walkers, hikers, cyclists, fishermen, skiers, or anyone seeking a relaxing holiday close to the beach.

We are offering a charming self-catering apartment on the ground floor for your vacation needs. This spacious accommodation comfortably accommodates 4 adults and 2 children. Inside, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed, another bedroom featuring a luxurious super king-size bed, and a cozy lounge/dining room leading to a delightful decked terrace through patio doors. The bathroom boasts a generous jet shower, sink, and toilet facilities. Additionally, guests will have shared access to a refreshing swimming pool.

Directions

To get to the property, start at Quillan and follow the D117 road, which runs along Boulevard Charles de Gaulle. Continue straight for 3km until you reach Belvianes et Cavirac. Stay on the main road as you travel towards Axat and Perpignan. The property is located across from Le Chalet restaurant.
