Welcome to our ancestral family mansion and grounds located in the picturesque Aude countryside. Monique and Jean-Louis Mora invite you to experience the tranquility of this beautiful estate, just a mile (1.5 km) away from the charming village of Ouveillan. Additionally, the famous "Canal du Midi" is only 1.5 miles (2 km) away, and within a short 12-mile (20 km) radius, you can explore the stunning coastal towns of Gruissan, Narbonne-Plage, and Saint-Pierre-la-Mer. Alternatively, immerse yourself in the serene atmosphere of the nearby Corbières and Minervois towns.We take pride in offering two spacious rooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, tastefully furnished by our very own lady of the house. Start your day with a delicious and satisfying breakfast, served either in our dining room or under the shade of our majestic two-hundred-year-old trees. For those with specific dietary preferences, we are delighted to accommodate vegetarian or vegan breakfast options upon request.
The Majorelle Bedroom, named after the renowned French cabinet-maker and decorator Louis Majorelle of the Nancy school of modern art, provides a clear view of the magnificent Lebanese cedar that graces our south garden. Immerse yourself in the comfort and elegance of this beautifully decorated room.
Step into Grandmother's Bedroom, once owned by Jean-Louis's beloved grandmother. The room exudes a nostalgic charm, enhanced by its south-facing position that fills the space with warm sunlight. It is truly a place where you will feel at ease and content.

Directions
To begin your journey from Narbonne, head towards Béziers (N9). At the roundabout, take the D13 road towards Cuxac d'Aude. Continue on this road until you reach Ouveillan. Drive through the village and pass the roundabout at the pharmacy. After 50m, take a right onto the D418 road. The Domaine de Fraissinet will be on your left, approximately 1.5km from the village of Ouveillan.
If you are starting from Béziers, take exit 36 on the highway and turn right onto the D64 road. Follow the signs towards Montady and Capestang (D11). After traveling 7km past Capestant, you will reach the hamlet of "crusade." Take a left onto the D13 road towards Ouveillan. At the first roundabout, take a left and continue for 150m. After that, take a left onto the D418 road. Drive for 1.5km and you will arrive at the Domaine de Fraissinet, located on the left side.
