If you are coming from Spain or Toulouse, take the Narbonne East exit on the motorway. From there, follow the signs to Vinassan and Room Aude, which will lead you towards the beaches.

If you are coming from Montpellier, take the Béziers Ouest exit (2nd exit from Beziers) on the motorway. Then, follow the signs to Lespignan and Salles d'Aude.
