Description:
Description for B&B:
In the late 1800s, the transportation of Minervois wine became possible with the construction of the Canal du Midi and the introduction of the railway. This development allowed the vineyard owners to flourish financially, leading them to construct elegant chateaux and bourgeois mansions. Our house proudly preserves several exquisite elements from that era. The chai served as a storage space for the wine, while the wine business was skillfully overseen by a lineage of remarkable women.
Marguerite, the mother of the previous proprietor, played a pivotal role in this dynasty.
