We have three spacious rooms available for you, each with its own unique charm. The highlight is a large south-facing terrace of 150m², perfect for soaking in the breathtaking views, enjoying beautiful sunsets, hosting barbecues, or simply relaxing with a nap or a good book.

Start your day with a delicious traditional breakfast, featuring homemade and locally sourced products. For dinner, we offer a delightful table d'hôte experience, where you can enjoy a convivial meal on-site. Please note that reservations are required. We take pride in using high-quality ingredients, with most of our meats, eggs, vegetables, and fruits sourced from our own garden or from local producers.

Need some relaxation? Our masseuse, Melissa, is available to provide soothing massages, and we also have a sauna for your ultimate rejuvenation.

Located just 15 minutes away from Limoux, with its wide range of amenities, the Aude River, and the road to the Pyrenees, our castle is a perfect base for exploring the region. Carcassonne, a city steeped in Cathar history and home to numerous castles, is only a 40-minute drive away.

The area is renowned for its vibrant markets, enchanting medieval villages, and stunning abbeys. Additionally, there are plenty of family-friendly activities and a calendar full of cultural, musical, and sporting events in the Limouxin territory. Description for Gite

The ground floor master suite can accommodate up to 4 guests. It features a queen-size bed on a mezzanine level and a trundle bed with 2 single beds on the floor. The bedroom includes an integrated bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. For added convenience, there is a kitchenette with a dining area and television, allowing guests to have some autonomy if needed.

On the first floor, there is a charming double bedroom with a queen-size bed and a desk. This room offers stunning views of the hills and vineyards to the south. The private bathroom is separate from the bedroom and includes a toilet.

The second floor houses the quadruple room, providing the most breathtaking view of the village. This room consists of a standard double bed and a trundle bed with 2 single beds.

All rooms are spacious, measuring at least 20m² excluding the bathrooms. They are equipped with amenities such as tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryers, wifi, heating, and a fan. Sheets and towels are provided for your convenience.

Please note that access to the different floors is only possible via stairs. As a gesture of respect for the heritage of the building, reducing noise, and enhancing your comfort, we kindly ask guests to remove their shoes before ascending the stairs. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Rire et bonne humeur étaient au rendez-vous chez François et Melissa ,pour les deux soirées que nous avons passées chez eux; et ça fait du bien pour notre première escapade post confinement!
Très bon accueil, bons repas, compagnie agréable

Directions

Upon reaching the village, simply proceed along the path indicated by the directional signs. The castle can be found at the village's peak, nestled between the water tower and the church, both easily visible from a distance. Park your vehicle at the designated parking lot near the water tower. To access the castle entrance, you only need to ascend a porch. From there, walk across the castle's terrace to reach the reception area where we will be waiting for you.
