Breakfast is included in our service and includes hot drinks, croissants, homemade cake, fruit juice, various breads, and homemade jams. In the evening, guests have the opportunity to dine with the owners and enjoy a convivial atmosphere while savoring dishes made with organic ingredients and freshly prepared. Located on the upper floor of the charming "Au Coeur de Rennes" house, this spacious and luminous 60m2 apartment is the perfect accommodation for up to 6 people. It is fully equipped with everything you need for an independent stay.The apartment features two bedrooms, one furnished with a comfortable 140cm bed and the other offering the choice of either two 80cm beds or a double 160cm bed. The open-plan American kitchen seamlessly transitions into the large living room, which includes a sofa that can be used as an additional sleeping space for one adult or two children. There is also a television for your entertainment.
