Located on the upper floor of the charming "Au Coeur de Rennes" house, this spacious and luminous 60m2 apartment is the perfect accommodation for up to 6 people. It is fully equipped with everything you need for an independent stay.The apartment features two bedrooms, one furnished with a comfortable 140cm bed and the other offering the choice of either two 80cm beds or a double 160cm bed. The open-plan American kitchen seamlessly transitions into the large living room, which includes a sofa that can be used as an additional sleeping space for one adult or two children. There is also a television for your entertainment.
