We offer three spacious and comfortable guest rooms in a stunning detached house situated on a secure 3500-square-meter property, nestled at an altitude of 600 meters and surrounded by serene mountains. Our location is conveniently situated between the beautiful coastal city of Nice and the charming towns of Cannes and Menton. Additionally, we are just 20 kilometers away from the renowned Mercantour Park. Each of our rooms is equipped with a private bathroom and toilet. Guests can also enjoy a shared living room with a cozy fireplace, HIFI stereo system, television, and DVD player. Outside, there is a terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture, perfect for relaxation. We also provide parking facilities. This stunning stone lodge is located at an altitude of 600m on a 3500m2 plot of land filled with olive trees. Surrounded by majestic mountains, it offers an unrivaled and uninterrupted view, providing absolute tranquility. Situated between the sea and the mountains, it is just 20km away from Nice and conveniently located between Cannes and Monaco, close to the Mercantour National Park.The lodge features a spacious terrace with a barbecue and outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. There is also ample parking available. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and oven. The living room is equipped with a TV, DVD player, HI-FI system, and a cozy wood stove. There is also a sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements. The large mezzanine area boasts a comfortable double bed.

Maison indépendante à celle du propriétaire, chambre vraiment impeccable, très calme. Une vue sur un pic enneigé et sur les montagnes voisines est superbe. A recommandée fortement. Petit hic pour ceux qui font la vaisselle c'est à l'exterieur... Attention à vos doigts l'hiver. Recommandation fortement conseillé,

Take Exit A8 and continue straight until you reach the second traffic light at No. 55. Turn left at this intersection and get onto the highway towards Tales/Sospel. Stay on the highway for approximately 9 kilometers until you reach the end.
At the last roundabout, turn right towards The Escarene/Berre the Alps. Follow Highway 2204 for 6.5 kilometers in the direction of Escarene until you reach "Loc Nice". At "Col Nice", make a left turn onto R&D Management 215. Continue for 3 kilometers towards Berre Les Alpes until you see the sign for "Path Meingarde".
Turn right onto "Way of Meingarde" (a dead end road) and follow the sign. Keep going until you reach the end of the road. Turn left at the square and continue down until you see the first house on the right, which has a black wrought iron gate.
