Located just 2km from the village, this property offers breathtaking panoramic views and an idyllic natural setting where the only sounds you'll hear are those of nature. With no cars or neighbors in sight, tranquility is guaranteed.The property features a spacious swimming pool, partially designed in a stylish infinity style.
There are two separate bed and breakfast units, each with their own independent access. The first unit, called "Lou Castellas", is located on the first floor of the Villa and can be reached via an external staircase. The second unit, known as "Les Lucioles", is a standalone annex-maisonette. Both units can accommodate up to four people and are equipped with a private bathroom/toilet, TV, universal satellite receiver (Astra), fridge, and Wifi. Linen is also included.
Each unit boasts its own outdoor corner with a garden table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the surroundings. On top of that, "Les Lucioles" offers the added bonus of an external covered fully equipped kitchen.
The charming village of Breil sur Roya is located in France, near the renowned Park Mercantour and the Italian border. It is just 20km from the coast and its beautiful beaches, as well as 35km from the stunning ski resort of Limone Italy. For those who prefer public transportation, there is a train station in the village with connections to Nice France, Cuneo, and Ventimiglia in Italy.
