If you're looking for a sunny getaway, we offer comfortable guest rooms in our property. Our spacious accommodations are perfect for 2 or 3 people, each equipped with heating. Additional rooms are available upon request.

Located in the charming town of Weld, on the right bank of the Var River and overlooking St Laurent du Var, we are only a short distance from Nice. With the sea just 5 kilometers away, the airport 7 kilometers away, and the mountains within reach, our location offers a variety of activities for every preference.

Immerse yourself in the picturesque medieval village of La Gaude, which adds to the allure of the beautiful countryside surrounding Nice.

Our 23m2 room features a separate entrance and a spacious terrace with a stunning sea view. Complete with a table, chairs, and 2 sun loungers, our terrace provides the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sunshine. Inside the room, you'll find two single electric beds that can be combined into a double bed, a wardrobe, table, chairs, two bedside tables, an 82cm LCD TV with Freeview, a DVD player with movies, and a private bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Additional bathroom facilities are available in the hallway if needed. Air conditioning is available for an extra fee of 5.00 per day.

We also offer a parking space within the property for your convenience. If you're traveling with a baby, we can provide baby equipment upon request, including a bed, a park, a maxi cosi car seat, and a bath.

For your entertainment, you'll find a variety of nearby recreational activities, such as sunbathing by the pool, dining at local restaurants, playing tennis or squash, watching a movie at the cinema, or shopping at the nearby shopping center. Within the property, you can enjoy a game of ping pong or relax with a good book.
