We offer 4 spacious double rooms with a terrace that overlooks either the stunning mountains or the captivating sea. Each room is equipped with a satellite TV, and the shower rooms are stocked with a hair dryer and towels for your convenience. The bedrooms are furnished with high-quality linens for a comfortable stay. You will have your own separate entrance for added privacy. During longer stays (more than 7 nights), a cleaning service will be provided halfway through your stay. Please note that there is a minimum stay requirement of 2 nights, and during the summer season, the minimum stay is extended to 5 nights. Directions
To reach Les Mimosas, you have two convenient options. If you are coming from Nice Airport, there is a shuttle available that will take you directly to the destination, which is approximately 40km away. Alternatively, if you prefer to drive via the A8 motorway, take exit 59 for Menton. After passing the sign indicating the end of the motorway, make a right turn (360°) and follow the signs for Annonciade. Keep an eye out for our sign indicating "Chambes dhotes 2,3km," which will guide you the rest of the way.
