Welcome to Gite les Mimosas (3 stars), located in a beautiful 120 sqm independent house within a century-old olive grove. Situated at an altitude of 600m, surrounded by mountains, this peaceful retreat offers the perfect blend of tranquility and natural beauty.Conveniently situated between the sea and the mountains, we are only 20km away from Nice, close to the Mercantour National Park, and within easy reach of both Cannes and Menton.
The gite features three spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and toilet. Guests can also enjoy a communal living room with a cozy fireplace, HIFI, television, and DVD player. Stay connected with our internet access. The large, fully equipped kitchen is separate from the living area, and a terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture provides the perfect spot for outdoor dining.
There is parking available and the gite can accommodate up to 11 guests, with four double beds, one single bed (80x180), and a sofa bed for two in the living room.
Gite les Mimosas is an ideal choice for nature lovers, hiking enthusiasts, or those seeking to explore charming medieval fortified villages. There are numerous fortified medieval villages to visit nearby, as well as opportunities for hiking and enjoying nearby rivers. Dogs are welcome to join in the fun.

TO REACH US:
- Take Exit A8 - N ° 55 NICE EST on the highway.
- At the second traffic light, turn left and take the expressway towards CONTES / SOSPEL. Continue until the end of the expressway (approximately 9 km).
- At the end of the expressway, at the last roundabout, turn right towards L’ESCARENE / BERRE LES ALPES.
- Take Route Nationale 2204 and continue for 6.5 km towards L’ESCARENE until you reach "COL DE NICE".
- At "COL DE NICE", take a left onto RD 215 towards BERRE LES ALPES. Continue for 3 km until you reach "chemin de Meingarde".
- At "chemin de Meingarde" on the right (dead-end street), follow the sign and go all the way to the end of the road. On the small square, take a left and the first house on the right (black wrought iron gate).
