Additionally, we are conveniently close to the Mercantour Park and situated between the charming towns of Cannes and Menton. Each of our rooms is equipped with a private bathroom and toilet. Guests can also enjoy a shared living room with a cozy fireplace, a state-of-the-art HIFI system, a television, and a DVD player. Outside, there is a terrace with a barbecue and comfortable garden furniture. Parking is available on-site. CONTACT - Take Exit A8 and at the second traffic light in NICE, make a left turn. Continue on the highway towards TALES / SOSPEL for approximately 9 kilometers. At the end of the highway, take a right at the last roundabout towards The ESCARENE / BERRE THE ALPS. Follow Highway 2204 for 6.5 kilometers in the direction of ESCARENE until you reach "LOC NICE". At "COL NICE", turn left onto R & D Management 215 and continue for 3 kilometers towards Berre Les Alpes. Look for the sign indicating "path Meingarde" and turn right onto the "Way of Meingarde" (dead end). Follow the sign and continue until the end of the road. Take a left turn onto the square and the first house on the right, with a black wrought iron gate, is your destination.
