Bourdil offers two separate, spacious, and high-quality self-catering apartments that feature modern kitchens and shower rooms. Located on the first floor with their own entrance accessed by a short staircase, these apartments may not be suitable for young children or individuals with physical disabilities. They can be rented individually or together to accommodate larger groups.What sets Bourdil apart is its unique location in the beautiful countryside, while still being only a 12-minute walk from Chalabre, where you can find a wide range of shops. Instead of having to drive, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll alongside the river to the bakery in the mornings.
Guests at Bourdil can also take advantage of the available broadband connection, as well as a WIFI TV box that offers UK channels. Simply bring your own laptop, PDA, or Blackberry to stay connected online. Additionally, satellite TV is provided, including free UK stations.
Description for Gite
Gite 1: Aragou is a spacious and airy cottage that has recently undergone a complete renovation. With over 1100 sq ft (100m2) of living space, it offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The kitchen/dining room is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a washing machine, dishwasher, cooker with oven and grill, fridge, kettle, cafetière, and toaster. The dining area features a large refectory table that can seat up to six people, as well as two comfortable easy chairs. The separate sitting room boasts two cozy settees, a double sofa bed (available at an extra charge for two additional guests), and a wood-burning stove. Additionally, guests can enjoy entertainment options such as an MP3 player, TV/DVD player, and a vast collection of books, CDs, and DVDs. Aragou can also be rented for two people, utilizing just one of the bedrooms and shower room.Gite 2: Tivoli, another recently renovated cottage, offers picturesque views towards the village. With nearly 420 sq ft (39m2) of living space, it provides a comfortable sitting room/dining/kitchen area. The sitting room features a cozy settee and armchairs, while the dining area offers a table and chairs for meals. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker with grill, fridge, kettle, cafetière, and toaster. Similar to Gite 1, guests can enjoy entertainment options such as a TV/DVD player, a (email hidden) player, and a wide selection of books, CDs, and DVDs. The cottage also includes a convenient shower room with a thermostatic shower and a hairdryer. Guests can make use of the laundry room by arrangement.

je suis allée avec mon amie pour un séjour d'une semaine .Nous avons eu des vacances très reposantes ; le propriétaire est très accueillant, toujours prêt à rendre service. Il connaît très bien la région , propose des activités intéressantes et agréables. Le lieu est très calme , loin de tout . L'appartement est très agréable , bien aménagé , décoration simple avec goût. La piscine est agréable avec un petit salon en terrasse couverte avec feu ouvert . Très belle région.

Gîte agréable, idéalement situé au calme et à proximité de lieux à découvrir. Très bel accueil du propriétaire qui communique une multitude de renseignements sur la région.

Séjour dans le gite en novembre 2016
Je suis heureuse de me faire le porte-parole de mes amis normands qui ont séjourné deux nuits dans le gite : l'accueil y est chaleureux, le logement spacieux, propre et confortable, le séjour agréable pour un prix très raisonnable.
