Nestled in a peaceful street near the town center, this house offers a comfortable and convenient stay. Inside, you will find three bedrooms including a double, a family room, and a single. The property also boasts a lounge/diner, a well-equipped separate kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, and a bathroom with a shower. Additionally, a delightful sun terrace and a beautiful courtyard garden with a summer kitchen are available for your enjoyment.

When it comes to location, this house is just a short stroll away from restaurants, bars, shops, and an open-air swimming pool. Ample parking is provided, and there is a secure shed for storing bicycles. Easy access to the one-euro trains and buses for Carcassonne and Perpignan ensures convenient transportation.
