On the ground floor, you will be charmed by the romantic ambiance of the COMPANY Board and the authentic atmosphere of the MR Chamber. Each room is furnished with a comfortable 160 cm bed and features a spacious, separate bathroom with a shower and toilet.Moving to the second floor, you will discover the cozy attic of the house, where you will find the GARDEN SIDE room, equipped with two 120 cm beds, and the COLONIAL room, furnished with a 160 cm bed. Both rooms have their own bathroom with a shower and toilet.
As a guest, you will also have access to the swimming pool, which is shared with the property owner.

The charming country cottage can accommodate up to 6 people and holds a 3-épis GITE DE FRANCE ranking. The ground floor features an open kitchen connected to the living room and lounge area. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, two of which are furnished with comfortable 140 cm beds, while the remaining room has two 120 cm beds. Each bedroom comes with its own bathroom, equipped with either a shower or bath. Additionally, the cottage includes a laundry room, enclosed courtyard, and a shared private garden with the owner. To make it easier for us to find our way, here are some travel directions:
If coming from SAINTES on the A10, take exit No. 35 and continue in the direction of the island OLÉRON for approximately 15 km. Once you reach NANCRAS, turn left at the traffic lights towards SAUJON - SABLONCEAUX. Keep going straight through SABLONCEAUX and SAINT-ANDRE. After leaving the village, take a right at the old mill onto road BERTHEGILLE. Continue following the signs towards the hamlet of BERTHEGILLE. The house is located at the western end of the town (look for a slate home).
