Our gîte can be rented for a minimum of 3 nights, requiring a rental contract and a 30% deposit upon booking. A mandatory deposit of 300 is also required. The beds will be made upon your arrival, with the cost of 8 per bed. Additionally, there is an end-of-stay cleaning fee of 80 per stay. Welcome to our comfortable and newly renovated gîte Les Palmiers, located in the heart of Gémozac. With a maximum capacity of 8 people, our gîte offers a spacious 110 m2 space spread over 2 levels. It is classified with 3 Clévacances keys, ensuring a high-quality stay for our guests.The gîte is open all year round and is perfect for holidays, events, or spending time with friends and family. Situated within our property, Le Clos de Gémozac, you can enjoy the convenience of local services while staying in the center of town, with all shops and medical services within walking distance.
On the ground floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and even a raclette grill. Basic necessities and household products are provided for your convenience. The living room features an 80cm LED Smart TV screen for your entertainment. The bathroom on this level includes a vanity unit, a walk-in shower, a washing machine, and a heating/electric towel dryer. There are also separate toilets with a washbasin.
Upstairs, you will find the sleeping area. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a comfortable double bed (140x200), while Bedroom 2 offers two single beds (90x200). Bedroom 3 is perfect for a family, with a double bed (160x200) and two single beds (90x190). A second bathroom on this level includes a vanity unit, a shower cubicle, toilets, and a heating/electric towel dryer.
Outside, you can enjoy a fully enclosed private garden with a terrace, tables and chairs, and a barbecue. There is also a table tennis table for your entertainment. Wifi internet is included throughout the gîte.
Please note that our gîte is non-smoking inside to ensure the comfort of all our guests. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets due to the presence of our own animals (dogs and cats).
