The house features a delightful terrace where you can relax in either the shade or the sun. Additionally, there is a spacious covered terrace adjacent to the kitchen, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors.

Spread across three floors, the house offers a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, electric cooking table and oven, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. A laundry machine is also available in the laundry room. The kitchen opens up to a dining area, while the living room, furnished with two comfortable sofas, is located next to the dining area.

There are three bedrooms in the house, two with double beds and two with twin beds. Each bedroom is equipped with mosquito nets. The house also includes a bathroom, a shower room, and a separate toilet.

Bed linen and towels are provided, and there is a cleaning fee of 60€ at the end of the stay. A deposit of one-third of the rental fee is required, with the balance due one month prior to arrival.

If you are traveling from Aix-en-Provence by the A8 motorway, take the Brignoles exit and continue following the signs for Le Val, Montfort, and Cotignac.

If you are coming from Nice by the A8 motorway, take the Le Luc exit and then follow the directions for Le Thoronet, Carces, and Cotignac.
