The spacious living room is connected to a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a 5-burner gas cooker, Godin oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine (both regular and espresso), and a microwave. The villa also includes a bathroom with a shower, 2 separate toilets, a terrace with umbrellas, a gas griddle, and a table tennis set (rackets and balls provided), as well as WIFI internet access. Enjoy all the comforts of home during your stay.

The villa is nestled on a large landscaped property adorned with Mediterranean vegetation. The highlight of the outdoor space is the Californian mosaic pool, surrounded by a beautiful 120 m2 terrace made of pink quartzite from Brazil. The pool area is further enhanced by outdoor furniture such as a coffee table, chairs, and deckchairs. The terrace is enclosed by dry stone walls and wrought iron gates, offering a stunning 180° view of the Varois Mountains.

Situated in the heart of Green Provence, the villa is conveniently located halfway between the Gorges du Verdon and the Var coast. Numerous unique sites are within reach, with each surrounding village offering an opportunity to explore authentic and unspoiled heritage (Tourtour, Cotignac, Salerno, Villecroze, Correns, Carcasses, Sillans Cascade, Moustiers Ste Marie). For city dwellers, Draguignan, Brignoles, and Toulon are easily accessible and provide all the amenities of larger cities.

A wide range of leisure activities can be enjoyed in the area, including winery and olive tours, kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, water sports, fishing, and petanque. The possibilities are endless, and various informational materials are available on site to help you plan your activities. Alternatively, for those seeking relaxation, the villa offers a true atmosphere of idleness, whether by the pool or under the shade of the pine trees.

In terms of amenities, the nearby village offers a bakery, butcher, grocery store, fruit/vegetable market, bars, and restaurants, all in an authentic Provencal setting.
