This stunning charterhouse from the 18th century is located on a picturesque wine-growing property, nestled on the hillside of the Barbane valley. The property boasts a charming French garden and a terrace that offers breathtaking views of the renowned Pomerol vineyard. Guests can also indulge in a visit to the wine cellars and partake in a delightful wine tasting experience.The ground floor of the charterhouse features a spacious living room, dining room, and library, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. There is a lovely bedroom with a double bed and a separate shower room and toilet. Additionally, there is another bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160cm) and a bathroom with a toilet.
On the first floor, there are two elegant double bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom with a toilet.

Directions
To get to the chateau, follow these travel directions:
Take the A10 motorway and take the St Andre de Cubzac exit. Continue driving towards Libourne. Once on the A89 motorway, exit at Libourne center. If you are coming from Bordeaux on the N89, take exit N°9 for Libourne Est. In Libourne, look for green signs pointing towards PERIGUEUX on the N89 and drive for approximately 4.5 km. Then, make a right turn towards NEAC on the D121 E3 and follow the brown signs that lead to the chateau. The chateau is located 1 km after the turn-off, on the right side.
