Villa du Parc is a charming manor built in the 1930s, showcasing the distinctive "Basque style" architecture. Today, it houses several holiday apartments available for weekly or short-term rentals, including a bed and breakfast option. The apartments vary in size, accommodating two to four individuals.Within Villa du Parc, you will find a spacious hall featuring a cozy fireplace, comfortable armchairs, complimentary internet access, a collection of games, books, magazines, and a video projector. Additionally, the manor offers a large underground garage where guests can securely store and maintain their bikes, skis, and other equipment.
Surrounded by an extensive 8000 square meter (over three acres) property, Villa du Parc boasts majestic century-old trees and breathtaking views of the Pyrenees. The outdoor amenities include a swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, as well as deck chairs and various seating areas. There is also a barbecue area and a playground for children. The manor's location on the outskirts of Prades allows guests to reach the town center within a leisurely ten-minute walk, where they can enjoy restaurants, cinemas, concerts, shops, and the weekly market.
Thanks to Prades' exceptional location, visitors can partake in a wide range of holiday activities. In just forty-five minutes, one can either relax on the beach, embark on exhilarating hikes, or indulge in skiing at altitudes exceeding two thousand meters (around seven thousand feet). Additionally, there are opportunities for rock-climbing, spelunking, canyoning, white-water kayaking, and paragliding, which can be enjoyed throughout the year due to the region's Mediterranean climate. Another highlight is the "yellow train," a narrow-gauge railway that traverses a picturesque valley and ascends to the high plateau of the nearby mountains.

Directions
To reach our destination, start by taking the motorway towards Spain/Barcelona. Once you reach Perpignan, make a right turn towards Andorra. Travel approximately 40 km until you reach Prades. From there, simply continue straight ahead. Our location is situated on the old main road just after exiting Prades.
