Welcome to Villa "Les Palmiers", a charming 82m2 villa that was once the home of the estate steward. Recently renovated and tastefully furnished, this villa offers all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. With a designated parking space and a private garden, you will have plenty of space to relax and enjoy your surroundings.Inside, you will find two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a standard size double bed (140x190cm), while the second bedroom boasts a luxurious king size bed (180x200cm). The villa also includes a cozy lounge, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a bathroom with a shower unit, and a separate WC. Additionally, there is a veranda/dining room, a terrace, a barbecue, a laundry room, and air conditioning throughout the villa.
As a guest, you will have access to the shared tennis courts and swimming pool, allowing you to stay active and cool off during your stay. The villa comfortably accommodates up to four people, making it an ideal choice for families or small groups.

Directions to reach Castell Rose:
By car: Take motorway A9 and route nationale N116 from Perpignan. When you reach the entrance of Prades, follow the signs for Prades centre and cross Prades. Look for the sign for Hôtel de Ville and turn left onto route de Ria, which is a long straight road with plane trees on the left side. After about 200m, turn left into a narrow road between the Senioriales and the Hôtel de Ville.
From Andorra: Take N116 to the entrance of Prades. After passing the Lidl supermarket, turn right and drive along for 500m. Then, turn right into a small road.
By plane: The closest airport is Perpignan, which is approximately 30 minutes away. Gerona airport is about 1 hour and 30 minutes away.
By train: The Prades station is located 1 km away and has connections with main train lines in Perpignan.
