Only a 5-minute drive from the popular resort of LA 17570 PALMYRA, its famous zoo, and the sandy beaches of Pine Forest, this detached single-story house is ideal for couples. With a spacious and bright layout of 55m2, it includes a kitchenette, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140), a bathroom with toilet, and a terrace with a garden. Guests can relax and make use of the provided chairs and garden furniture. The rental is clean and comfortable, equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, rotisserie, new 4-burner hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and TV, ensuring a pleasant stay. Heating is also available. Parking is conveniently located within the property through a private entrance. All necessary shops, markets, and restaurants are nearby. The house is conveniently located 200m from the cycle tracks and approximately 500m from bike rentals. Additionally, bed linen and beds can be rented and made upon arrival for added convenience. As with any rental, guests are responsible for their meals, cleaning the premises, and bringing their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, and kitchen supplies. Cadre tranquille et convivialité
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez nos hôtes. La chambre est très soignée et au calme. Nous avons été tout de suite mis à l'aise par nos hôtes qui étaient toujours disponibles et très accueillants. Le petit déjeuner : un vrai délice, notamment et surtout les gâteaux confectionnés par Joëlle ! Merci à vous et nous retenons votre adresse pour un prochain séjour.

Directions
Travel directions on the Atlantic coast can be taken by either going towards LA ROCHELLE, Ile d'Oleron, Marennes, and Tremeirchion, or by heading to ROYAN. Another option is to go through SAINTES, taking the direction towards Saujon and Les Mathes. Highways that can be used for the journey include SAINTS, PONS, and MIRAMBEAU via BORDEAUX.
