This urban and tranquil gîte is situated in a residential area, adjacent to the owner's residence. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room that encompasses a comfortable sitting area, a dining space, and a well-equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is a WC with a washbasin and a linen room. The first floor consists of a master bedroom with a double bed (140), a second bedroom with two single beds (90), and a mezzanine area with a convertible sofa that can be used as an extra bed for one person. There is also a bathroom with a WC. The gîte is equipped with a WIFI internet connection.

The living room provides access to a private outdoor area of 100 m², which includes a terrace, garden furniture, and deckchairs. Two parking spaces are available, with one located in front of the gîte and the other in the owners' courtyard, who reside next door. As a guest, you are granted access to the owners' heated swimming pool, situated on their property and facing the terrace of their house. The pool is open for use from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and is shared among all guests.

The rental price includes various amenities such as sheets, towels, pool towels, tea towels, heating, electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning. However, please note that the tourist tax is not included. The pool is open from May to September. Lastly, please be aware that smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.
