The location is ideal for exploring the region, and is particularly suitable for those attending an internship at the University Hospital, which is only 1.3 km away or 2 tram stations from Pellegrin. The B&B is also conveniently situated 8 km from the airport and 5 km from the historic center of Bordeaux, with easy access via the new direct route (Avenue F. Mitterrand) between the ring road and boulevards. A tram stop is only 250 meters away, providing hassle-free transportation to the center of Bordeaux and various platforms, without the need to worry about traffic or parking. Additionally, there is a Velib rental fleet available 400 meters away at the tram stop "fountains arlac."For an additional fee, guests can enjoy a full French breakfast, which includes pastries, fresh bread, butter, jam, fresh fruit, juice, yogurt, milk, chocolate, and cereals.
