It provides comfort with internet and wifi access via an RJ45 cable. Convenient parking is available outside the house. The location is ideal for exploring the region, and is particularly suitable for those attending an internship at the University Hospital, which is only 1.3 km away or 2 tram stations from Pellegrin. The B&B is also conveniently situated 8 km from the airport and 5 km from the historic center of Bordeaux, with easy access via the new direct route (Avenue F. Mitterrand) between the ring road and boulevards. A tram stop is only 250 meters away, providing hassle-free transportation to the center of Bordeaux and various platforms, without the need to worry about traffic or parking. Additionally, there is a Velib rental fleet available 400 meters away at the tram stop "fountains arlac."For an additional fee, guests can enjoy a full French breakfast, which includes pastries, fresh bread, butter, jam, fresh fruit, juice, yogurt, milk, chocolate, and cereals.
