This charming 17th Century house, located in a picturesque village square in Provence, offers a delightful stay with its tasteful decor and traditional Provençal furnishings. For early risers, the café downstairs serves coffee from six in the morning. Maison Mimosa, the gite itself, boasts 2 bedrooms and 1 spacious bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests. Spread across 3 floors, each measuring 27 sq. meters, the house features a large lounge, dining room, and a country-style kitchenette with an open log fire and original oak beamed ceiling. The bedrooms, furnished with Provençal-style bed drapes, offer a romantic touch, and one of them opens onto the terrace through large patio doors. The bathroom includes a generous bath and bidet, as well as a convenient washing machine and tumble dryer.
With its ochre-colored tiled floors, antique furnishings, and cotton bed linen, this gite embraces the Provençal style and ensures a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Electric heaters are provided for winter use, and all necessary amenities, such as crockery, cutlery, and pots and pans, are included. The property also offers a private outside terrace where you can dine and relax while enjoying breathtaking views of the village and surrounding countryside.
Please note that the stone spiral staircase and the four floors may not be suitable for small children, and smoking is not permitted. However, ample free and secure parking is available just 50 meters from the house.

Directions
To reach Maison Mimosa, head towards the north of St Tropez. Once on the A8, take exit 36 towards the center of Draguignan. From there, simply follow the signs directing you to the center of Flayosc. You will find Maison Mimosa conveniently located in the central square, directly across from the cafe du midi.
