"The Barn" is a charming and cozy independent house located between Reims (23 km) and Châlons en Champagne (29 km). It offers comfortable accommodation for 2 to 4 people, making it an ideal choice for those seeking tranquility and a friendly English and German-speaking environment. Set in an agricultural and wine region, this property is surrounded by historical landmarks and beautiful landscapes.

In the village, guests can enjoy the nearby Natural Park, a leisure park perfect for families. Additionally, during the month of December, the House of Santa Claus is a delightful attraction. The house itself features a front terrace, a back garden, and a secure parking area.

Inside, the ground floor comprises a cozy living/dining room with a sofa bed, an open kitchen area, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (140), a shower, and a separate bathroom. A baby/toddler bed is also available upon request.

Linen and sheets are provided, and a cleaning service can be arranged for an additional fee of 20 euros. From October to May, heating is available at a rate of 5 euros per night. Guests can also enjoy free WIFI throughout their stay.

Directions

Sept-Saulx is situated near the village "Les petites loges," between Rheims and Châlons-en-Champagne. Upon reaching Sept-Saulx, turn right after passing "le Cheval Blanc" and continue past the town hall. You will then find yourself on "rue du général de Gaulle," where our location is.
