No8 Chambres d'hôte is a charming bed and breakfast with four bedrooms, accommodating a maximum of nine guests. The main house features two double bedrooms, each with its own private en suite modern bathroom.

The first bedroom can accommodate two or three persons, with a double bed and an adjoining door to a single bedroom with a single bed. The en suite bathroom is included in the price, which is 80 per night for one or two persons and 90 for three persons, breakfast included.

The second bedroom is suitable for two persons, with a double bed and a spacious modern en suite bathroom. The price per night, including breakfast, is 80 for one or two persons.

The annex to the main house offers two additional double bedrooms. The third bedroom has a double bed and a modern compact en suite with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The price per night, including breakfast, is 70 for one or two persons.

The fourth bedroom has two single beds and a modern compact en suite with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The price per night, including breakfast, is 70 for one or two persons. Please note that the bedrooms in the annex are only available from March to November.

All bedroom prices include breakfast and a Tax de séjour of 0.75 per person, per night.

During your stay, you can relax in comfortable lounges or enjoy the garden and enclosed private courtyard with a BBQ. No8 Chambres d'hôte is conveniently located a 15-minute drive from the center of Reims and a 25-minute drive from Epernay. It is an ideal base for exploring the Champagne villages and caves, as well as for walking or biking in the natural park of Montagne de Reims. You can also visit the Geological Center in the village of Mailly Champagne.

There are various activities and places to visit in the area, such as Reims Cathedral, Palais du Tau, the Planetarium, and the Automobile Museum. Additionally, you can explore La Fort de la Pompelle, Faux de Verzy, Musée Les de la Vigne-Phare de Verzenay, Moulin de Verzenay, and Pac Nature de Sept Saulx. For outdoor enthusiasts, hot air balloon flights over the champagne vineyards, fishing, canoe-kayak, boat and bike rentals are available. Other nearby attractions include Epernay, Chalon En Champagne, Troy, and Lac de Der.

The new Gare/Station TGV is conveniently located a 10-minute drive away, making it easy to take day trips to Paris within 45 minutes by TGV. Euro Disney Park is also just a 50-minute drive away.

Very nice place! Friendly host giving great advice. The breakfast was very good and fresh. The rooms are spatious, comfortable and very clean.

Stayed 3 nights at Andy's place. Extremely clean room with large bathroom. Parking was convenient. Filing breakfast with great coffee. Andy was very helpful with ideas for places to see in the Champagne region

Directions

To travel from Reims, follow the A4 / E17 / E46 / E50 in the direction of Metz / Nancy / Châlon-en-Champagne. Take EXIT 26, which is signposted CORMONTREUIL. At the first roundabout, take the second exit and continue towards ZONE DACTIVITÉS/ CENTERE COMMERCAIL. Keep going straight and at the second roundabout, take the third exit (Cora will be on your left). At the next roundabout, take the second exit onto D9, following the signs for Louvois & Ludes (Top Office will be on your right). Stay on D9 Louvois/Ludes for approximately 7.6km. At the crossroads on a slight incline, turn left onto D26 Mailly Champagne, Route de Touristique de la Champagne. Continue on this road into the village. Once you enter the village, you will be on Rue de la Liberation. No: 8 is located 500 yards past Mailly Champagne House on the same side of the road.
