Welcome to Maximes House, a fully equipped accommodation perfect for family holidays. This rental includes two bedrooms, making it suitable for up to five people, including babies and children. Please note that breakfast is not provided.Maximes House offers a range of amenities for your convenience. Inside, you will find an LCD TV with a 82 cm screen and a DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and cooker. Ironing facilities are also available.
The bathroom features a bath and a washbasin, with a separate toilet on the ground floor. There is another toilet located in the bathroom on the first floor.
Outside, you will have access to a shared 11x5m swimming pool, which is shared with two other people. The pool is open from May until the end of September, between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. Additionally, there is a large 3000 m2 garden that is shared with other guests.
Maximes House is semi-detached from Sarahs House but completely independent. It boasts a large and quiet private terrace with garden furniture, all nestled in the shade of a beautiful melia tree.
Please note that check-in is expected between 5 and 7 p.m. and that the rental period for Maximes House is from Saturday to Saturday, with a minimum stay of one week.
The bedding configuration in Maximes House includes a ground floor bed measuring 160x200, as well as three beds on the first floor measuring 90x190 each.
Lastly, please be aware that the owners live on-site in a separate house within the property.

House 1 is a charming and spacious gite, perfect for accommodating up to 5 people. With a total area of 75 m2, it offers two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom features a cozy 160X200 bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with three beds measuring 90X190 each.For your convenience, household linen is included during your stay, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

- From 02/07/2022 to 16/07/2022: The nightly rate is 230, with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
- From 16/07/2022 to 19/07/2022: This period is already booked and unavailable.
- From 19/07/2022 to 23/07/2022: The nightly rate is 230, with a minimum stay of 4 nights.
- From 23/07/2022 to 07/09/2022: This period is already booked and unavailable.
- From 07/09/2022 to 01/10/2022: The nightly rate is 200, with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
To ensure the safety of the property, a refundable breakage deposit of 500 is required. Please note that the house should be left clean upon departure. However, if you prefer, there is an option to add a final cleaning service for an additional fee of 100.
