Welcome to our villa in la Colle sur Loup, conveniently located just 3 km from Saint-Paul-de-Vence and only 17 km from Nice and the airport. We are delighted to offer three beautiful rooms for our guests. These rooms are situated on the garden floor and each one features its own terrace, air conditioning, a private bath or shower room with toilet, a television with DVD-player, Wi-Fi, and a small refrigerator. Our guests can also enjoy the swimming pool and sun beds, as well as our jeu-de-boules field. The property boasts stunning views of the valley and the village of La Colle-sur-Loup. Despite its peaceful setting, the villa is just a few minutes away from the village.In the morning, we serve a delicious French breakfast in our charming dining room or, weather permitting, on one of our terraces.
We provide parking in our closed garden for your convenience. Please note that the minimum stay is 2 nights, and during July and August, it is 3 nights. Arrivals are welcome between 2:00 and 9:00 p.m., and departures should be scheduled between 8:00 and 10:30 a.m.
Please be aware that our rooms are not suitable for children under the age of 16 years, and pets are not allowed.
