This 4-star classified house offers a peaceful retreat, spanning 70 m2 across two levels, accommodating 2 to 6 people. Situated just 350m from the beach and 100m from local shops. Located 3 km from Royan, where you can find a casino and thalasso spa.On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room and dining area with a fireplace, color TV, Hi-Fi system, DVD player, and a fixed telephone (reservation required). The fully equipped American kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator freezer, oven, and microwave. There is also a bedroom with a comfortable 160-sized bed, a separate toilet with a sink, a bathroom with a sink and bathtub, and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs, there is a charming attic mezzanine serving as a relaxation area with a sofa, organ, reading materials, and a baby chair. Additionally, there are two more bedrooms: one with a 140-sized bed and another half-attic bedroom with a 140-sized bed. There is also a separate toilet and bathroom. The house is equipped with electric heating and a fireplace with an insert.
