Welcome to our 3-star gite in the Ardèche region! Situated in the picturesque hamlet of Le Monteil, overlooking the Beaume valley and the Tanargue massif, our charming gite offers the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation.Our historic house, dating back to 1490, has been lovingly renovated to provide a comfortable and inviting home for visitors. The main part of the house serves as our family holiday home, while the rest has been transformed into a separate holiday rental accommodation, known as La Magnanerie.
La Magnanerie can accommodate up to 4 people, along with a baby or toddler. Spread over two levels and covering 85 m², the gite features a spacious open-plan living area on the ground floor, complete with a fully-equipped kitchen and a large patio. The ground floor also includes a functional bathroom with a bath, shower attachment, and wash-basin, as well as a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you'll find two double bedrooms separated by a landing. The first bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom has twin beds. Each bedroom also features its own wash-basin.
The gite boasts modern comforts, including electric heating throughout, double-glazed windows, and a ventilation system for optimal air circulation. The pink sandstone tiles on both floors are not only practical but also easy to clean.
During your stay, you can enjoy the amenities provided, such as a color satellite TV, DVD player, barbecue, and garden furniture. We also offer basic equipment for babies or toddlers, including a cot, high chair, pram, and bath.
The rental prices for La Magnanerie vary based on the season. In high season (July and August), the weekly rate is 700 EUR, while mid-season (June and September) is 470 EUR per week. In low season (October to May), the rate is 350 EUR per week. To secure your booking, we require a 25% deposit, and a 300 EUR deposit cheque upon arrival to cover any potential damages.
Electricity and water bills are included in the rental price, as well as all bed linen, dishcloths, and towels for four people. For an additional fee of 50 EUR, we can take care of the cleaning at the end of your stay. During winter months, there is an extra charge of 25 EUR per week for electric heating.
Parking is available approximately 150 meters from the gite, but you can temporarily park closer to unload your belongings.
