Welcome to the Carpediem3 # -en-Champagne villa, hosted by Jade and John. We offer the option to rent either the entire floor or the entire villa for your convenience.

Situated in the urban area of TROYES, this charming Champagne villa with a wooden frame can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 10 travelers. It is conveniently located near all the amenities of Saint Parres-aux-Tertres, including shops, restaurants, and bus stops.

The first floor features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 WC. The Chantal Thomass room offers a Simmons bed measuring 160 × 200. The Cabin room provides a Pirelli bed measuring 140 × 190, as well as an additional Dunlopilo bed measuring 90 × 190. The Duo room has two joinable Dunlopillo beds measuring 2x90x190, along with a private bathroom and toilet. Each of these comfortable rooms is equipped with ample storage space. We can also provide a baby cot and high chair upon request.

On the ground floor, you will find a grand cathedral entrance, 1 WC, and 1 walk-in shower. Additionally, there is a small room available for use starting from the 8th traveler, furnished with a Simmons kine mattress measuring 160 × 200.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-tech appliances, including a NOVY hob and hob, central island, and granite worktop. You will find a range of appliances such as a NESPRESSO coffee maker, DOLCE gusto, crepe maker, waffle maker, blender, raclette machine, panini press, induction hob, 2 kg fryer (available upon request), kettle, teapot, and toaster. The kitchen opens up to a cozy living room with a fireplace, which then leads to a panoramic veranda.

Outside, the villa offers two garden tables, 15 chairs, and a WEBER professional barbecue. You can enjoy the spacious enclosed plot of 1349 m2.

Notably, there is a covered pool on the premises. This high-end installation measures 9 meters x 4 meters and features a safety step. Additionally, there is a 100 m2 inflated pool enclosure called SKYDOME JESSICA, which provides a unique resting space that can float on the water overnight. You will have exclusive access to the swimming pool, which will be privatized for your use. We will provide instructions for operating and ensuring the safety of the pool. Optional amenities available for reservation with a small supplement include air conditioning, a massage mattress, and a JACUZZI starting from September 5th.
