Currently, we offer three guest rooms that are available for your use. Additionally, we have the option of providing meals at our guest table.Our establishment is located in one of the oldest residences in Merusaglia, situated in the highest hamlet in the eastern part of Corsica, known as A Rocca Suprana. From here, you can embark on various hikes and explore attractions such as the Pasquale Paoli Museum, among others.
Our cuisine primarily focuses on traditional dishes that highlight the diverse range of local products, including those with Appellation of Origin Control (AOC), Protected Designation of Origin (PDO), and Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) certifications.
