Description for B&B:
Discover the ultimate retreat to rejuvenate and unwind. Our aim was to design five bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, in a "country chic" style that exudes relaxation. We prioritized using the building's original late 18th-century materials to preserve the authentic charm of this tower house. The ground floor features a cozy living room, highlighting the beautiful chestnut framework with open spaces and strategic lighting. Each room offers a unique ambiance and stunning views of the surrounding landscape, inviting you to pause and reflect. Our spacious and inviting common areas serve as true communal spaces where you can cook, dine, and relax by the wood stove. Whether you’re lounging on the sofa, sitting by the fire, enjoying the view of the sea, mountains, or nature, or gathering around the communal table for games, The Scontra is an invitation to experience happiness.
OUR INSPIRATION
With 24 years of experience organizing the Moita Cello Meetings, we are proud residents of the charming village of Moita. We have established an eco-friendly accommodation in the "Albergo Diffuso" model, driven by our passion for connecting guests with local residents and celebrating Corsican culture in all its forms.
This commitment to quality and sustainable tourism addresses two key objectives:
- It fosters a collaborative network of service providers who share our values (including pork processors, beekeepers, a goat farmer, market gardeners, a mountain guide, and a sculptor) and supports our ecotourism marketing strategy.
- It contributes to a sustainable development initiative where tourism plays a central role, potentially generating new resources.
