The house consists of three main rooms. The spacious living area (34 m²) includes an integrated kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a sofa bed and a fireplace. There is also a 13 m² bedroom with a king-size bed that can be separated into two single beds upon request, and a 14 m² bedroom with two single beds. Beddings are provided and included in the rental price, and feather beds are provided on the beds.

The bathroom has a large shower, and there is a separate toilet. The house is located 45 km from Bordeaux, 15 km from Sauternes, 35 km from St Emilion, 80 km from Arcachon, and 90 km from the ocean. There is a free tennis court 100 m away, a swimming pool 5 km away, and a golf course 15 km away. The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area.

With an area of 83 m2 / 914 sqft and a lovely garden spanning 300 sqm / 3227 sqft, you'll have plenty of space to relax and enjoy your surroundings.

Our holiday home is officially ranked as a 3-star tourist accommodation and is fully furnished. It was originally built in 1650 and underwent renovations in 2004 to ensure modern comfort and convenience.

Inside, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bedding includes 1 sofabed and 4 twin beds, accommodating up to 6 guests. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, cooking stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. Linen is included, and there is also a TV, telephone, and private parking available for your convenience.

Directions

Directions from Regina A Cottage to Gabarnac Maison Dulou Dentraygues from Bordeaux:

1. Start by taking the ring road and the motorway towards Toulouse and Agen (Interchange 19).
2. On the highway towards Toulouse, take the first exit after the toll: Podensac, CADILLAC.
3. After the exit, turn right onto the first road towards CERON and CADILLAC.
4. Continue on CADILLAC road.
5. After crossing the bridge over the Garonne, take a right onto June 10 D. There will be a roundabout 200 meters after CADILLAC, go straight towards Loupiac.
6. Stay on this road towards Sainte Croix du Mont.
7. In Sainte Croix du Mont village, turn left towards Gabarnac.
8. Continue on this road for about 3 km, ignoring any signs indicating Gabarnac on the left. You will arrive at the village entrance sign for GABARNAC. The first house on the right after this sign is Gabarnac Maison Dulou Dentraygues. Look for an avenue of trees, two main buildings, and a sign "Clévacances" on the mailbox.
9. The town hall is located in front of the house, about 100 meters away.
