Situated at an altitude of 170 meters (557 feet) and only 13 km (8 miles) from the beach, this property provides ample opportunities for scenic walks.

The outdoor areas include a paved front garden with seating for eight, a hammock, and several sunbeds. The charcoal BBQ ensures delightful outdoor dining experiences during the summer.

Upon entering the house, you will find an inviting entrance hall that grants access to all the rooms on the ground floor, as well as the stairs leading to the upper part of the house.

The tastefully decorated lounge features an L-shaped layout with white and soft yellow hues. Two large sofas and two armchairs comfortably seat eight guests. At the end of the room, there is a decorative open fire, adding warmth and ambiance. Entertainment options include a satellite TV, DVD player, and stereo. A bookshelf stocked with books and DVDs is also available for your enjoyment.

Adjacent to the lounge is the dining area, furnished with a spacious oak table and chairs that can accommodate eight people. A baby high chair is also provided. From this area, you can access the balcony, which offers a picturesque mountain view and serves as an ideal spot for breakfast.

The fully-equipped kitchen features a 4-ring gas stove, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and more, ensuring you have everything you need for convenient meal preparation.

On the ground floor, you will find the first two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is located on the entrance level and boasts a patio door leading out to the front terrace. Decorated in peach and white colors, it offers a built-in wardrobe suitable for two people. Bedroom 2, also on the entrance level, features a café au lait and white color scheme, providing a lovely view over the valley. It includes a spacious built-in wardrobe.

A well-sized bathroom with a bath and shower is conveniently equipped with a washing machine. Ample shelf space is available for storing your personal belongings, and a hairdryer is provided for your convenience. A tastefully decorated WC complements the rest of the house's design.

Moving up to the first floor, you will find the landing area, which grants access to the upper floor rooms.
