Experience tranquility in our charming cottages located in the peaceful Catalan village of Ortaffa, near Collioure. With a population of approximately 1200 residents, this village is ideally situated just 15 km from Perpignan, a mere 10 minutes from Argelés beach, and only 15 minutes from the captivating town of Collioure. Positioned in the heart of the Catalan region, our cottages offer the perfect gateway to both the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees, allowing you to indulge in the pleasures of nature. Wake up each morning to the breathtaking beauty of Canigou. Additionally, treat your taste buds to the delectable delights of Catalan cuisine, as we provide dinner options every night. For adults, the price is 22 euros, while children aged 9 to 12 can dine for 15 euros, and children aged 4 to 8 for 10 euros.

Description for Gite

Welcome to Mas des Palmiers, where we offer two comfortable cottages for 2 to 5 people. These single-level cottages are fully air-conditioned and feature their own private entrance.

Inside, you will find a sofa that can be converted into a bed, measuring 140 x 190, with a high-quality bed base and mattress. The mattresses are 14 cm thick and made of polyurethane for a comfortable night's sleep.

During your stay, you will have access to our refreshing swimming pool, complete with comfortable deck chairs for lounging. Additionally, we provide garden furniture for you to enjoy your meals under the shade of the trees by the poolside.

Our site offers a serene and shaded environment, and the parking lot is securely closed.

Gite 1, which measures 31 square meters, includes two rooms and a private terrace overlooking the garden. The cottage comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (featuring an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge, and television), a sofa bed for two, and a dining table. There is also a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), as well as a bathroom with a sink, shower cubicle, and WC.

Gite 2, spanning 29 square meters, also consists of two rooms and a private terrace. Similar to Gite 1, it features a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed for two, and a dining table. This cottage has a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a bathroom with a sink, shower cubicle, and WC.

During your stay in either cottage, we provide all necessary linens. If desired, we offer a cleaning service for an additional fee of 25 euros at the end of your stay. Additionally, there is no tourist tax charged.

To secure your reservation, we require a 30% deposit of the total amount, with the remaining balance to be paid upon arrival. We accept holiday checks as a form of payment, but please note that pets are not allowed.

Check-in time is between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m., and check-out time is from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. maximum. We also provide a shared washing machine for a fee of 3 euros, including detergent.
