Located at the base of Montségur and the Pyrenees, this garden-level apartment can comfortably accommodate 3-4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (with a ceiling height of 1.95m). Convenient parking is available right in front of the house. Additionally, the apartment is suitable for individuals with reduced mobility.

The apartment features a living room with a convertible (BZ) sofa and a well-equipped kitchen area. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, as well as a bedroom with a comfortable 160-sized bed. Sheets are provided for the bed.

Outside, there is a covered terrace that opens up to a beautifully landscaped and enclosed 900 m2 garden. The garden includes outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and two lounge chairs. Pets are allowed upon request. Additionally, there is a storage room available for guests to use.

The Rabautois is situated in the hamlet of Rabaute, in the commune of Péreille. It is located at the entrance of Lavelanet, accessible via the road to Foix. The communal playground, offering basketball, football, and petanque, is only 50 meters away. The supermarket in Lavelanet is just 900 meters from the property.

Within a 10-kilometer radius, guests can visit the Cathar castle of Montségur, while the Monts d'Olmes ski resort is 20 kilometers away.

The Rabautois serves as a central point for exploring the Ariègeois territory, which offers a wide range of activities and discoveries for both adults and children.

The apartment is equipped with central heating, electric heating, and parking. The garden is enclosed and shared, with sunbeds, garden furniture, and a barbecue available for guests to enjoy.
