Description for B&B:

Welcome to Domaine de Montloubier, a stunning 19th-century stone farmhouse that has been meticulously maintained. Philippe and Marie-Laurence invite you to experience a memorable holiday, training course, or personal development retreat at our charming estate. Nestled in the picturesque southern Ardèche region, just 15 minutes from beautiful bathing spots like Libie and Ardeche, and 30 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc and the renowned Chauvet Cave, our location is perfect for exploring the surrounding areas of Ballazuc, Labeaume, and Voguë.

Our mansion exudes elegance and comfort, with meticulous attention to detail in its decor. Facing south, it offers breathtaking views of the Ardèche mountains and is surrounded by a 5000m² enclosed and landscaped park, complete with private parking. Accessible from the Montélimar TGV station, which is only 20 km away, and conveniently served by a bus stop just 300m from our property, you'll find that our sunny and peaceful valley in a village of 3000 inhabitants is an ideal getaway. The city center, with its array of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and medical facilities, is only a 4-minute walk from our cottages.

We offer the option to rent both cottages, accommodating a total of 24 people, allowing you to gather with family, friends, or colleagues for meals in our beautiful vaulted reception room on the ground floor. Equipped with all the necessary amenities, including tables, sound equipment, and a video screen, the reception room is adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators, a dishwasher, and seating for 40 people.

For those looking to explore the Ardèche region during a weekend visit, we offer specially curated tours and discovery packages. These residential stays take place on selected weekends, allowing you to visit the iconic landmarks of Ardèche while still providing ample time for relaxation. On Saturday evenings, we even host dance parties, featuring various styles such as Salsa and Rock.

During your stay, you can choose between two cottages: "Panorama," which can comfortably accommodate 15 people, and "Montloubier," which can accommodate 9 people. Each cottage is fully equipped and features a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, allowing you to enjoy outdoor dining. If you prefer not to cook, we can arrange catering services with a local caterer who uses fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

In addition to our accommodations, Philippe, a sports coach, offers fitness activities for those looking to stay active. Our fitness area is equipped with weight machines and cardio training equipment. We also have facilities for petanque, ping pong, and volleyball/badminton. If you're interested in exploring the area on foot or by bike, we offer rentals on-site, including 8 mountain bikes, 5 regular bikes, and 5 hybrid bikes.
