:: DescriptionThis gite offers a spacious and comfortable stay for up to 5 people and 1 baby. With a surface area of 75 m2, it features two generously sized bedrooms, one of which is a through room. On the ground floor, there is a newly furnished living room and open kitchen, a modern bathroom with an Italian shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a TV lounge with a DVD player, and a second bedroom with three single beds (90x190) that can be arranged according to your preferences. A baby cot is available upon request.
The gite is equipped with modern amenities including Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV, DVD player, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, and ceramic hob. Additionally, a multifunctional food processor is provided for your convenience.
Outside, you can enjoy the garden furniture and electric barbecue (plancha) in the enclosed garden. There is a separate room for storing bicycles and making repairs, and private parking is available in the common courtyard shared with the owners. Entertainment options include board games, table football, and a diverse library featuring books for all ages, including regional and novels.
If you are traveling with a baby, we are happy to provide necessary equipment such as a cot, high chair, and changing mat upon request. Bed linen and towels are included in our rates, and the beds will be made upon your arrival. We also welcome pets, subject to a contract agreement.
