The first bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds, making it ideal for a family or friends. Both bedrooms open up to a charming terrace overlooking the villa's beautiful south-facing garden, which guests have the option to access. The shared bathroom and WC are exclusively for the use of the guest rooms. With the beach just 200m away and the town center within reach, our villa is perfectly situated. Additionally, all necessary amenities can be found nearby, including numerous shops. Perpignan is a mere 10-minute drive away, and a bus service is conveniently located in close proximity.
