I propose a revival of the melodious songs of birds at a cozy B&B accommodation suitable for 2 to 4 people, resembling a "chalet" with comfortable bedding, a luxurious marble shower, basin, and toilet. This charming accommodation is completely separate from the main house, offering a breathtaking 100% natural and hilly panoramic view.

Welcome to Opio, where you can discover our beautiful region complemented by abundant sunshine, mesmerizing seas, and majestic mountains. This peaceful Provencal village is located just 5 minutes away from Valbonne, 10 minutes from Grasse, and 20 minutes from Cannes. Additionally, it is in close proximity to Club Med Opio and numerous golf courses such as Opio/Valbonne, Mougins, and Mandelieu. Conveniently, there are also shops and restaurants available nearby.

The independent room within the B&B offers a double bed and 90 cm bunk beds, all designed for optimum comfort. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious Italian marble shower, washbasin, WC, heated towel rail, and a hairdryer. Additionally, guests have access to a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and Wi-Fi connection. A cot is also available for those traveling with infants. The outdoor space includes deck chairs, garden furniture, a trampoline for children, and a table tennis table. Depending on the season, guests may also have access to the pool. Beds will be made upon arrival and towels are provided. The final cleaning is also included in the stay.

Rest assured, your car will be securely parked under the carport on the fully fenced property.

Enjoy a balanced meal consisting of fresh, homemade products such as cakes and slices of baguettes topped with butter and jam. As a skilled cook, I can also offer picnic baskets and traditional Provencal dishes. The menu can be customized to your liking and, depending on the weather and your preference, I can serve the meals on the terrace or indoors.
