This charming holiday home offers a comfortable and well-equipped living space for guests to enjoy. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living/dining room with a woodburner and a corner kitchen. Two spacious king-size bedrooms provide a restful retreat, while the bathroom features a luxurious Jacuzzi bath and shower. There is also a separate WC for added convenience.

Upstairs, there is a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms with charming low beams. Another bathroom/WC with a shower attachment is available. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a mezzanine area with a sofa bed.

Outside, guests can relax in the enclosed garden or on the terrace, or take a refreshing swim in the private swimming pool (measuring 7m x 4m, with a depth of 0.8m to 1.60m). A poolside WC is also provided. The option of underfloor heating is available at an additional cost, and air conditioning ensures a comfortable stay.

For added convenience, there are laundry facilities including a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. A freezer is also provided. Entertainment options include satellite TV, a video player, a DVD player, and a Playstation. Outdoor activities can be enjoyed on the boules grounds.
