La Clôture is a charming gîte located on the first floor, offering a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bedroom features a spacious double bed (160x200cm) with stunning views of the surrounding fields. A private bathroom is provided, equipped with modern fixtures for your convenience.The gîte also includes a cozy sitting area where you can unwind and enjoy the beautiful views. It's the perfect spot to read the newspaper or indulge in a good book.
Adjacent to the gîte is a summer kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your breakfast or a simple meal. You'll have access to a fridge, dishwashers, two-burner cooker, coffee maker, water boiler, toaster, and a small oven. Pans, cutlery, dishes, and kitchen linens are also available for your use.
For your privacy, the gîte offers a private entrance and a lovely terrace through double doors.
Gîte rates:
- Weekly rates range from 385,00 to 448,00 EUR with a minimum stay of 5 nights.
- If you prefer to have breakfast served, you can enjoy it in the summer kitchen or on the terrace for an additional 7,50 EUR per person per day.
As a bed and breakfast option, you can stay for a minimum of 2 nights. The rates per night range from 65,00 to 79,00 EUR, with breakfast included.
Please note that smoking is not permitted inside our home, but you are welcome to smoke outside.

Directions
To reach the destination, follow the road signs for Rennes-Josselin-Pontivy, N764 for 800m. Then, continue on the D778 for 2.5 km in the direction of Loudéac, Les Forges, and Lanouée. Look for a small road on your right, indicating "La Florida." Immediately turn left onto a dead-end road and you will find the house (La Clôture) right there. It is the first house you will encounter.
If you are using GPS, follow the instructions for La Bagatelle, Lanouée. After passing La Florida, you will notice a sign for La Clôture at the end of the country road on your right. The latitude is 47.98024159 and the longitude is -2.58971572.
