This cozy cottage is perfect for 2 to 4 people and is conveniently located on the Toulouse / Andorra axis. The cottage is beautifully decorated and equipped with top-quality amenities.The 50 m2 apartment is situated on the ground floor of a detached house and features a spacious double bedroom with a king-size bed (180 or 2 x 90), a bright living room with a large bay window, a comfortable new sofa (140), a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a double sink and a walk-in shower.
Guests will have access to a garden, terrace, barbecue, parking space, TV, wifi, electricity, and all necessary bed and bathroom linen. There is also a storage area for bicycles or skis.
On-site, guests can also book a session at the gym or enjoy relaxing wellness massages.
The cottage is surrounded by various outdoor activities, including horse riding trails, a climbing rock, and canoeing on the Ariege River. For those looking for relaxation, the Ornolac-Ussat-les-Bains Spa is just a short distance away.
Rates for the high season are 450 per week, while the rest of the year the cottage is available for weekend stays at 400. For curistes (non-holiday periods), the rate is 1050 for a 3-week stay. And for short stays (outside holidays), the rates are 140 for 2 nights and 200 for 3 nights.

Très bel endroit pour se ressourcer . Propriétaires très sympathiques et gîte confortable.
Beau, confo et sympathique
J'ai eu le plaisir d'être la première à utiliser ce gîte. Tout est neuf, propre et très joliment décoré. Cuisine bien équipée et lits très confortables.
Les hôtes ont été super agréables et m'ont indiqué plusieurs attraits de la région. Plusieurs activités à faire tout près.

Directions
Take RN 20 heading towards Andorra and drive past Tarascon on Ariège. Keep going straight on RN 20 for 3 km after the Ornolac-Ussat panels baths. Then, make a left turn to cross the bridge over the Ariege river. At the end of the road, turn right onto street and head towards the thermal baths. Drive for 600 m and you will find your destination on the left.
