Our "gîte de la Motte" Holiday Cottage is a charming, traditional stone house that offers independence and ample space, spanning 80m². It is the perfect retreat for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, whether you are traveling with family, friends, or as a couple.Situated in a magnificent area that is rich in history and legends, our cottage is nestled in the heartland of the Arthurian Broceliande forest. Here, you can immerse yourself in the enchanting tales of Merlin's Grave, the Fountain of Youth, Hotié de Vivianne, the castle of the Lady of the Lake, and the mystical Valley of No Return.
For outdoor enthusiasts, walkers, and cyclists, our location is truly ideal. The Broceliande area offers a plethora of activities, including hiking, horseback riding, pony trekking, exploring ancient standing stones, and indulging in water-based activities at the nearby lake. Additionally, there are opportunities for canoeing, mini-golf, and enjoying an adventure playground.
The rental price for our Holiday Cottage ranges from 350€ to 450€ per week. For those seeking a shorter stay with the convenience of bed and breakfast, we offer a rate of 80€.

Directions
To reach the destination, follow these travel directions:
By road, it takes approximately 3 hours and 50 minutes from Paris using Highway A11 or 40 minutes from Rennes using the RN24.
Once on the road, take the exit for Plélan-le-grand. Drive through the city until you see a sign on the right indicating the direction to the city of Paimpont (D38). Continue driving through the forest, and in the middle of it, take a right turn onto D40, following the direction towards Saint-Peran. La Croix Perrault is located after passing the hamlet of Trédéal.
