This charming villa in Nice, renovated in 2010, offers a comfortable and tastefully decorated accommodation. It is situated in a peaceful environment and boasts a panoramic view of the sea and the city of Nice. The garden features beautiful fruit trees and a 5x10m swimming pool, which is illuminated in the evenings for a relaxing swim before sunset. Free WIFI is available throughout the house.Guests can enjoy a gourmet breakfast served either in the pool house or on the terrace, both offering lovely views over the swimming pool. The pool house is equipped with a fridge, providing guests with the option to have lunch there. Inside the villa, there is a private patio where guests can relax and unwind. The villa also provides books, magazines, and tourist plans for guests' convenience.
The beaches, Promenade des Anglais, and the center of Nice are easily accessible within a 6/7 minutes drive. The city is also well-served by bus and tram, with a bus stop conveniently located near the villa.
All rooms in the villa are luxuriously equipped with private, modern bathrooms. The Costa Azzurra room includes air conditioning and its bathroom is located on the ground floor, equipped with a shower, bath, sink, and toilet. Towels are provided. The room is accessed via a small circular staircase and features a double bed, wardrobe, TV, DVD player, safety box, and air conditioning. It overlooks the internal patio, which serves as a library with books and DVDs, but does not have a sea view.
The Bella Vista suite offers an electric double bed in the bedroom, along with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The balcony provides chairs and a table where guests can enjoy the magnificent view of Nice and the sea. Adjacent to the bedroom is a lounge area with a sofa, wardrobe, and balcony. Beautiful Hilltop Villa in Nice
We recently enjoyed 7 nights in the Bella Vista suite and could not have enjoyed our stay more. Hosts Cathy and Mick were very friendly, accomodating and gracious. We felt like we were staying with family. The view from the balconies and pool terrace were amazing. The home is located a 10 min walk down stairs to the town below, or an easy bus or Uber ride. It is also close to tram and train stations which easily get you to anywhere in Nice or nearby towns like Monaco or Cannes. We hope to visit again soon.
Paradise stay
We spend 3 nights at vista Azzurra and it was definitely a stay to remember..
Well hidden behind a closed fence, paradise is waiting on the other side..!

Nourishing for the senses and for the soul
We stayed at Vista Azzurra for the most incredibly luscious four days a couple of summers ago and it has taken me this long to write about it, which I can't believe! Aside from extreme hospitality and good conversations with our interesting hosts, we enjoyed spectacular views, a perfectly clean serviced and comfortable room, and a perfect village atmosphere with views over Nice coast. I have so many fond memories that we will most definitely be back! Sending our love from Australia! Mat and Jeanne :)

Deuxième séjour à la Vista Azzurra.Magnifique chambre d'hôte sur les hauteurs de Nice. Tout est superbe de la chambre"Bella Vista" à la maison qui est décorée avec goût et sa piscine .
Une vue sur Nice et la mer splendide. Sans compter sur le sens de l'hospitalité, la gentillsse et la générosié de Cathy et Michel qui vous conseillent parfaitement sur les "bons plans" resto, les visites, les sorties...
Très belle région où les visites sont inombrables: le vieux Nice et le port; les villes alentours:Eze, Menton, Monaco,... et l'arrière pays...en Bref tout est magnifique!
Merci pout tout à nos amis Cathy et Michel pour rendre nos vacances inoubliables..

To access the Highway from Aix en Provence, take the exit for Promenade des Anglais-centre. From there, head towards the railway station (sncf) and continue along boulevard Gambetta for 2 km. Turn left onto bd Joseph Garnier, then take another left and the first right to reach Pessicart Avenue. Take the first right again and you will be on boulevard Mantega-Righi. The destination will be approximately 1km ahead.
