Les Glycines can be found in the charming village of Mison-les-Armands, nestled in the picturesque Alpes de Haute Provence. Located just 10 minutes away from Sisteron and a mere 5 minutes from Laragne, this establishment holds a rich history as it was originally built in 1870 as a hotel-café-restaurant. It has since been transformed into guest rooms and gîtes, and starting from 2023, it will consist of three splendid gîtes.Preserving the authentic style and materials of this Provençal building, Les Glycines offers a delightful experience. The south side of the house boasts a spacious communal garden, adorned with chestnut and cherry trees that provide a pleasant shade. Within the garden, guests will discover a refreshing swimming pool complete with a sandy beach and comfortable deckchairs.
For those seeking accommodation, we offer three cozy gîtes for rent. Gîte La Baume and Gîte Jouère are perfect for two people, with the option to add an additional bedroom for groups of three or four. Gîte Malaup, ideal for couples, even allows for small dogs upon prior consultation.
Please note that Les Glycines extends a warm welcome to guests aged 18 and above.
Description for Gite
Gîte Jouère:Experience the beauty of Gîte Jouère as you ascend the private staircase leading to the first floor. With an area of approximately 50 m², this charming gîte offers a breathtaking view of the wisteria and the garden, complete with a swimming pool facing the south-east. Enjoy the serene atmosphere on your small private terrace under the lime tree, featuring a table, chairs, garden furniture, and a Weber barbecue. The cottage comfortably accommodates 2 people, but if you are a group of 3 or 4, there is an option to rent an additional bedroom!
The cottage is fully equipped with:
- A spacious room serving as a living area (with Wi-Fi access) and a dining room, complete with a kitchen area featuring a fridge, oven/microwave, gas cooker, dishwasher, and coffee maker (including a Magimix-Nespresso).
- A cozy bedroom with two single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm.
- A bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
Minimum stay: 3 days

Please note that the gîte is designed for a maximum of 2 people, however, if you are a group of 3 or 4, you can also rent an additional room to provide an extra bedroom and bathroom.
Gîte Malaup:
Discover the tranquil ambiance of Gîte Malaup, boasting its own entrance and private terrace furnished with a table, chairs, and a Weber barbecue. This delightful gîte spans an area of approximately 50 m² and overlooks the enchanting old mulberry and lime trees. Designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 people, the cottage offers a serene retreat.
The gîte is spread across two floors:
- The ground floor features a dining room with a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, oven/microwave, coffee maker (including a Senseo), gas cooker, dishwasher, and a table with chairs.
- The first floor hosts a bathroom, a bedroom with two twin beds, 2 armchairs and a coffee table, a wardrobe, and Wi-Fi access.
Minimum stay: 3 days
Price based on 2 persons starting from 90 per night.
Gîte La Baume:
Indulge in the beauty of Gîte La Baume, accessible through a grand staircase leading to your first-floor apartment from the expansive terrace on the south side of the house. Featuring an area of approximately 50 square meters, this gîte offers a mesmerizing view of the wisteria in the garden, complemented by a shimmering swimming pool. Unwind on your private terrace in the garden below, furnished with comfortable garden furniture and a Weber barbecue.
The cottage is thoughtfully equipped with:
- A cozy living room complete with a sofa, 2 armchairs, a coffee table, and a dining table with 4 chairs.
- A well-appointed kitchen featuring a gas hob, oven/microwave, dishwasher, Magimix coffee maker, and a fridge.
- A spacious 20m² bedroom furnished with 2 single beds measuring 80 x 200cm, 2 chairs, a table, and a wardrobe.
- An en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
- Wi-Fi access available both inside and outside the gîte.

- All of our gîtes are non-smoking.
