We offer a peaceful room suitable for 1 to 2 individuals in a detached house located 20 minutes south of Gap. Our location is conveniently close to the renowned airfield GAP - TALLARD, famous for its air activities, as well as the historic Napoleon Road.

Our accommodations provide quick access to the A 51 motorway and include secure private parking for your convenience. The room itself is comfortable and bright, featuring a private bathroom. Additionally, we provide a television and a cozy living room for your enjoyment.

You can expect a pleasant living environment with a tranquil, sunny atmosphere and a clear and dominant view. Our property also offers an indoor swimming pool, which is available depending on the weather, and a beautiful garden with trees and flowers.

Please note that pets are allowed but must stay outside. Nearby, you will find various shops and restaurants to cater to your needs. Additionally, our location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area, which includes ski resorts, Lake Serre-Ponçon, and a variety of outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, and the famous cliff of Céuze.

Tout était parfait : le gîte, le couvert et sa disponibilité.
Son gite est idéalement placé en proximité de la véloroute "La Durance à vélo" et nous nous sommes régalés à nous y arrêter avec nos 2 enfants.
